SubTrack is a local desktop application designed to help users track subscription services and calculate estimated monthly and yearly totals. By downloading or using SubTrack, you agree to these Terms of Service.
SubTrack provides cost tracking and billing date calculations for informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, accounting, or legal advice.
All subscription data is stored locally on your device in JSON format. SubTrack does not collect, transmit, or store your data on external servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
While SubTrack attempts to calculate billing totals and next billing dates accurately, the developer makes no guarantees regarding accuracy. Users are responsible for verifying billing information directly with service providers.
The developer of SubTrack shall not be liable for missed payments, financial losses, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of the application. Use of SubTrack is at your own risk.
SubTrack, its branding, and associated materials are the intellectual property of the developer. Redistribution or modification without permission is prohibited.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of SubTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
